NAIROBI - 8 January 2025: Kenya Breweries Limited's (KBL) premium beer brand, Tusker Malt, is proud to launch the January Polo season in partnership with the Nairobi Polo Club for the fourth year running. Taking place every weekend this month and into the first weekend of February, the tournaments will feature thrilling matches, vibrant entertainment, and a celebration of Kenyan craftsmanship with Tusker Malt Lager.
Spectators can look forward to an action-packed schedule, beginning with the Davis Cup this weekend, 11-12 January. On the following weekend, Kenya will host the West African ladies from Ghana and Nigeria for the Maria Bencivenga Memorial Trophy, from 18-19 January. 25 and 26 January will see Maj. (Rtd) Jamie Hayward's Soldier's Salute trophy, and the grand Chairman's Cup finale, which will close out the flurry of tournaments on the first weekend of February. This year, the Guards Polo Club from Abuja will be visiting once again to do battle with the Nairobi Polo Club. The tournaments promise not just top-tier polo action but an exceptional social experience for fans and attendees.
