Dance Centre Kenya (DCK) will perform Mother Goose 2024 at the Braeburn Gitanga Theatre; a delightful experience for young Kenyan audiences who love ballet, bringing popular nursery rhymes like Little Miss Muffet, Jack and Jill, Baa Baa Black Sheep, and Three Blind Mice to life through captivating ballet performances. The performance will take place on two days: Sunday 6th October at 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm and Thursday 10th October (In celebration of Huduma Day) at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm.
The event features all-new choreography by DCK's Senior Company members, giving these timeless rhymes a fresh turn that will excite the audience. Adding to the magic, an on-stage storyteller, Karimi Njagi, will narrate each poem, allowing children to follow along as the ballet unfolds.
Escort your kids on either one of the days to enjoy the brilliant Mother Goose 2024 performance and allow them to learn and explore the world of dance and storytelling.
